Rock necropolis Shiroko pole

Rating:
(0)

A few rock-hewn graves have been discovered about 200-300 metres below the summit where the Monyak fortress is situated. They have a quadrangual layout and trapezoidal vertical and horizontal section. They were hewn in the rock in a way that places the opening on ground level. They were closed from the top. Some of them reveal traces of grooves. One of the graves stands out for its size. It is assumed that this is a double "royal tomb", as locals call it. Beside it, there is a small grave in whose western part there are traces of a carved cross.
