The bread of Gaia

Lately, it has been introduced in Avdira and particulary during the events of Democriteia, the making of the tradition bread by the women of the village, with great care, the "bread of Gaia." It’s fermented in the traditional way, it’s prepared on the traditional wooden "Pinakoti" and baked in stone ovens of the old village.
